Friends, From my all years of experience dealing with pinkies, I can tell you this. This is just my opinion based
on what I have seen so far.
If this buy-out offer is not accepted by AURC management, it won't be because they think AURC should be valued higher, but it will be because the offer was made up and never existed in the first place. In my mind, there was no intention on the part of offeror to follow-up with the actual buy-out except to to make the right noises.
I am saying this with the best of intentions..Change your decision and say yes to buy-out and put
pressure on 2create to convey the shareholder sentiments to
aurc management to accept the deal so that they won't be given an escape route blaming it on shareholders for not accepting the deal. This stock will take a big hit otherwise IMO.All this is just my opinion and I do not have any information
other than the press releases. If the buy-out turns out real, it will be great for the credibility of russian stocks and even the pinkie world. Good for all and I will be the first to congratulate the AURC management.
