i think by 11:00 a.m. the markets will be evaluating it from the bigger economic picture too and will realize this news really changes nothing fundamentally( particularly if there is another attack overnight).
As an observer of the markets, it would have been been fun to watch if this news had come out at 3:15 p.m. tomorrow just to watch the action. the timing of this seems conspicuous to me .
