Two Form S-3 filings today: one irrelevant and one relevant.

The irrelevant one is the registration of the 278K shares issued as part of the recent IP license from Geron/Start Licensing Inc.

The relevant one is a $60M shelf registration, which presumably replaces the $35M shelf that became effective in 2006.

No new shares are being offered as part of today’s filings.
