Well, the only check Ken ever wrote me bounced (for $1,500) and I had to fight with him to get him to make it good.
After my exit from the Never Submit project in December, I was still owed $4,500. After James was fired from directing NS, Imperia contacted me about rejoining the project (Ken Eade, Greg Webb). I told them I wouldn't consider it until they paid me what was past due.
Promises were made and broken several times and the bottom line is I seriously doubt the had any intent of following through.
I am not bound by any sort of confidentiality agreement with Imperia and recently came into possession of quite a bit of information pertaining to indiscretions involving Imperia decision makers being kept from shareholders.
Since some of it (if not all) is a matter of public record, I am not violating any laws by passing it along, which I have made Ken Eade, Greg Webb, Marc Cifelli and Michael Benedetti aware of.
Throughout the previous months, many of you have contacted me via e-mail with questions that I have not responded to, mainly because I was trying to give Imperia the benefit of the doubt. In light of the doubt being too overwhelming to ignore, I have no problem responding to future inquiries.
Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via e-mail at maxmorco@sbcglobal.net.
Regards,
Cindy Ortiz
