Excell I live in Florida (I am a US citizen) But have a Summer home in Nova Scotia. I love it there and usually spend about three months there. I would have to agree with everything said in that article... They are Taxing the productivity right out of the people... Not only that too many government programs that make it to easy NOT to work...
