Actually, since we failed in the first hour to even get close to 1955, and by noon, my indicators were strongly suggesting we will not close bove 1955, I think the the original scenario (going back under 1900, probably to the 1842/50) has gain a little more credence, and thus the 50% is barely high (45% would have been the ideal level, but few stocks I was planning to get back in, like ADBE, CDWC, IBM and INTC, did not get in my buying range. and COO went back up too fast forcing the sale. The cash level is a combination of both the broad strategy and the specific levels of stocks I am trying to get in or out.
