Oh, it's also not how many more we have to absorb but how many have been sold. I know at first that might not make sense but for a long term investor it's not whether it's done but how many got issued. Knowing that number would allow us to then make PPS projections based on future potential.

When the market has to absorb dillution it is always going to depreciate the price. The question is does the company have strong enough fundamentals to recover from them. In the case of WRNW I think that fundamentaly we are trading slightly under actual market value evene if the A/S was maxed. It's that conclusion that makes me bullish on the stock.
