It could end up being a very successful marketing move. Looking at a large volume of press releases enforces the notion that IPF is being used by dozens of different kinds of companies across many different fields. It's better than a single press release just spitting out processor volumes. It doesn't matter how big of a number Intel posts, there will still be critics putting that number under the microscope and generating FUD.
