That is why I laugh at all the clueless people who
thought the IDC server count numbers for 3Q were
anything but bad news for AMD in comparing the
rate of market adoption/growing influence of IA64
vs AMD64. Opteron can only press its nose against
the glass and look in at IA64's lucrative market
segments while in its own home turf Xeons are
outselling it by more than 100:1.
