Here is an answer to an email to Accel Energy. They didn't answer my question pertaining to Anthony Chirico interests or to him responding on AAPM's behalf to the sec on AAPM's suspension.



Dear Sir

American Asian Petroleum Corporation has nothing to do with Accel Energy nor is it a subsidiary of Accel Energy.

According to Mr. Anthony Chirico AAPC is a proper Corporation to sell and distribute crude oil and curde oil based products from China in the USA on his own accounts. So therefore there is beyond procurement at Accel Energy
no particular relationship.
