So you're saying this reverse split on Friday? I don't see any evidence of that and it would surprise me a little as it would be a departure from Doxey's history--he can make a few more withdrawals from his ATM before he reverse splits and starts over again with a new crop of suckers.

My evidence? Go check out the PHBT thread, there's plenty of DD there and the worst suspicions of the posters have all been borne out.

Normally, that thread would simply have been changed to PRHB after the R/S and the history would all be here. However, the CEO behaved so despicably that the mods from that time didn't care enough about this stock to make the change. And now a new separate PRHB thread has been started, ironically handing Doxey a boon by making his black past less obvious. I'd also recommend you check this thread's history and see how often the positive opinions here turned out to be right.

BTW, pink sheets says outstanding shares 850 million as of 3/15/07 (I don't know where you got 50 million from). Undoubtedly it's gone higher since then. I don't have sources to disprove your other assertion that you believe this is a good company with potential, I have only my BS indicator for that one.
