Hon, you can't prove that which didn't exist. There never was a contract between CDEx and the Army. No matter how many more weeks you look, hon, you ain't never gonna find one.

That's WHY you can't find a contract number for any such Army contract - even after nearly two weeks of searching, hon. That's WHY there is no Army contracting officer listed - EVER. There never was any Army contract with CDEx.

Please - do what Diddy tole you - CALL the listed contracting officer on the Navy contract (which did exist) - he will explain it to you AGAIN.
