With all of the attention that these "scammers" chose to draw to the situation, what would the chances be that they would "get away with their plan"? I understand and agree with your assertation that if DP alleges wrongdoing by SA than he should follow through with a suit. But it hasn't been very long since this whole thing took shape, has it? Furthermore, if TELA is the one that will ultimately pursue SA in court, does it not make sense to wait until the RM takes place to announce the suit? Any thoughts are appreciated.
