On June 6th, 2006 Tracey withdrew 9052.23. On June 7th she withdrew 5425.45. On June 6th she bought 88,000 shares at .025 to pump the price up. Then she dumped 98,000 shares at .022, and 75,000 shares at .023. None of the shares transferred into her personal trading account were properly registered. You can buy high and sell lower when most of the shares you sell are free shares.

There's many hundreds of similar examples.
