My analysis follows:

$15.19 : 1 + 9 + 1 + 5 = 16 : 1 + 6 = 7

$14.68 : 1 + 4 + 6 + 8 = 19 : 1 + 9 = 10 : 1 + 0 = 1

7 represents the "Pa" force in candlestick theory, whereas 1 is more representative of the "Chi" force.
