rrufff Thanks and as always a well present and honest opinion. You don't insult me in any way by not agreeing with my opinion so feel free to do so anytime. You are speaking for the stockholder best interest and looking at simple math of 5x from the close that ain't to shabby many here will be very happy with that.

I however didn't buy this for 5x. Speaking totally from my goals taking the .55 offer is not in my best interest. It just means I have to move on and try to find another new investment. I'd rather be able to stay in this one and see it either reach its full potential or get a higher offer than .55. Even if that means the market temporarily punishes the PPS. It already has IMO and I remained long and can continue to do it. BUT -big but, I want them to bring me up to date on progress on production and new equipment. Not much to ask.

I am not expecting anyone else to agree just sharing my opinion. GLTY to all investors here.
