as badly as I'd like to believe this story, it just doesn't add up. It stinks, actually. I called Jeremy Krause, the guy that released these Pr wires and of course he didn't answer. The source of this information is Aurus, so there is no confirmation or validity to the offers. Why would this stock trade at .12 if there is an offer for .55? If it's too good to be true, it probably is.
