What I meant was the configs seems to be of software's developed in 2000's (look at all the windows supported systems mentioned however Windows 2000/XP never mentioned in the pdf).

My best guess is they may have a prototype since long time (since 2000-2002 or so) and now the development on that prototype is almost there. It may be really good news. That's what I was talking about. Does this makes sense?
