Lowtrade, how do you know that there was a private placement from the filling? I located it on sec.gov but it really doesn't provide any info other than there was a sale of securities. I'm not doubting you, just trying to get more educated. That is an interesting coincidence that things started happening after the filling. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
