Lowtrade the company told me there is about 50 million shares fully diluted. I wonder if that placement is in those figures. Do you now the amount of shares in that private placement, the price of the shares, and if they are restricted and for how long. Also a question for energy, what would you consider a good net profit for the release in May, I would like to convert it to cents per share based on a 50 million share float, providing that is the share count, including any private placements.
