AURC. Some details:
1. Kartix is a well known financial company, pretty transparent and easy to track. Leasing agreement with bank “Integral” (IntegralLeasing): space, phones, etc. When you look deeper it’s clear why AURC’s buyer could choose them for this deal (affiliation with Geosnabservice, etc.)

2. Talked with FK “Kartix” personnel (director: Yuri Muromtsev, and “AURC expert”: Vladimir Lvovich):
a. “Website doesn’t work because we are working on it, it will be redesigned.”
Well, just because it’s listed “for sale” in http://www.prdomain.ru/readonly.php?page_num=1422&limit=10&data=0&cy&pr I tried to buy the domain name through Russian provider. Was offered a bunch of kartix sites with different extensions, but http://www.kartix.ru/ is taken and not for sale:
kartix.ru
IP: 212.227.34.3
domain: KARTIX.RU
type: CORPORATE
nserver:
ns1.poishi.com.
nserver: ns2.poishi.com.
state: REGISTERED, DELEGATED
person: Mihail N Smirnov

So, I tend to believe them.

b. When I asked about Aurus… “Aurus?” (some panic on background: ” “Someone is asking about Aurus! Talk to him!”) “Can I ask who are you and how did you find our phone?” I introduced myself as “private investor” who is trying to confirm the validity of Aurus claims about pending buyout. “We can’t tell anything by phone, send us a written request.” "Could you at least confirm that you are working with them? “ “Yes, we are working with Aurus and represent our client.”

3. I am back in AURC (at 0.11). Simple speculative reason: there is still a chance that all this buyout deal is orchestrated to raise AURC valuation. But, even assuming that they play this kind of games, why would they stop here? They could take one more step: announce that the $0.68 offer (or some compromise price) is accepted – PPS would jump in 0.50s immediately. Then they have a few months for closing the deal, and something could “go wrong" then. So, my current bet is that even in worst case scenario, when the deal is not going through, there is still a good chance to see much higher price.
IMO.
