Who here is the one who keeps dumping 10,000 share blocks on the bid? Someone had asked me why I think AURC is a fraud, and I said cause it's trading at .11x.115. Keep in mind I'm holding some shares long on this one to see how it plays out, but chances are it will not be good if the buyout offer is a total fraud.
