Everyone: I left on a 3/4 day trip after my last post, and was unaware I would have no way to get connected. The trip was absolutely awful, I just got in, have to head to work, and not in a great mental state.

I am not current on any news, other than the fed statement, the cutbacks at sbc and vz, and now this neng bombshell. I have warned that neng wasn't my favorite pick only because of the hammering emc might do to it at some point, ala msft vs, ctxs years and years ago. I did NOT expect anything like this anytime soon. Worse, well I think this is an overreaction, actually a dramatic one, neng hasn't come out with enough info for me to feel very confdent about that. Poor pr isn't good. Poor shareholder communications is a disaster. I am holding every share for now. I did NOT add any.

The fed statement and action is fine.
The vz and sbc comments are expected
The behavior of the telc equip area is awful. We are underperforming. That with the neng news, is the worst possible comb of events right here.
We seem destined to tag the 100 day and test it. thats what I think anyway

I AM HOLDING...just trying to be clear. I did reduce leverage early Monday by enough to help but not so much that I am not getting shelled.

I think NENG will be fine, but I don't know enough for now.

I do know about comments from vz in particular about their fttp roll out. Its all sytems go. No one seems to believe it. Another reason I am just waiting through this.
