Pure speculation on my part but I think the next communication or UPDATE on the contents of the NASD letter wont be from Mr.Berman or his appointed chat board IR guy, I think it will be from either the NASD or the SEC..........
And the ONLY reason I think that is because of the silence on the matter......If it was resolved and over with as Righty stated it was.....per his reported email from Mr.Berman stating as such...then Mr.Berman IMO would have had a PR out before the weekend ended stating something to the affect that the NASD inquired about certain items and that RSDS complied with the request and the matter is closed and resolved to the satisfaction of the NASD...............
That would of put a POSITIVE SPOT LIGHT on the RSDS management and Mr.BERAMN and I think the PPS would of reacted accodingly.....instead you have silence....and apparenlty the CEO going into HIDING and APPOINTING a chat board ALIAS as his spokesman?..............that is scary and supports my theory above that the issue is NOT RESOLVED and NOT over as some would suggest it is................we will see...........
