Really don't think it's short selling as much as naked short selling. Naked short selling is totally dfferent because the shares were not there to begin with, and is done exclusively by the MM, to A) keep the market moving and B) to make money. Some Pinks have been taken right out of business do to NSS, totally illegal,but is rampant in the pinks. IMHO
