the timing here is phenomenal, it was just april 12th that the nasd was given authority to issue halts.

Berman has mentioned to me that he has been dismayed with how this board has been taken in by this activity orchestrated by blue and his cohorts. I argued this sentiment vehomently and I now see the err of my thinking. He was 100% correct imo, sorry rick, should never have doubted you.

If there was or is to be a good reason for nasd to be involved in any action against RSDS I think we would have heard something by now.
I see no worries about false pr's, looks to me that this was all just a result of someone dropping a dime trying to say rsds put out a false pr in september , when in fact likely what happeneed is they were almost duped into purchasing claims that were less than dubious in their representations. In specific that they never owned these claims at township 32, or that those claims were found out by rsds to not exist.
Why? simple they never bought those claims in the end they bought the payday claims in township 31 instead of 32 as disclosed to them by east canyon llc, and folks that says it all dont it????????????
