Exactly, A public statement is in order by MR.BERMAN.....why anyone would object to that is beyond me.......it would clarify what some are saying here.........and just a correction on What LAZ stated.......
"They do routine reviews which is exactly what that letter states"
No where in that letter does it state it is a "ROUTINE" review..it does state it is a Review..and towards the bottom it states it is an inquiry......and IMO this is not like the cleaning lady showing up once a month to clean the office building....it is out of the norm for this type of action on a company.....it does raise red flags......and it does cause investors to be concerned...that is reality.....and if it has all been complied with by the date stated on the letter and is a DEAD issue........then all Mr.Berman has to do is state as such and that will alleviate what appears to be concerns by many investors here......Mr.Berman owes it to the shareholders who support his company to lay this issue to rest and address the issue as soon as possible.......Hopefully he will........
