What are you going to tell me Loofman you are shaken by that letter? 1st this is a letter that probably was not intended for view by the general public. Why, just for the reason that this is a review with no malice but they know that someone may try to make it in to something more than it is. Why has Rick Berman not told anyone of the letter well I could think of a reason.

He has done nothing wrong and has answered the nasd letter to their content and there is nothing further to dwell upon

it seems to me by reading that letter the nasd in my opinion is more interested in the people that pumped it up at that time more than anything else, maybe you want to read it again and comprehend the general overtone of the whole thing
