I have no concern with this letter, and or why the Nasd decided to look at all this?. This was a month or so ago.

When it comes to the market or this exchange in particular to this exchange. I absolutely love it when the Sec gives oversight to various companies and or the Nasd. I think the problem is we never get enough of it. The more and more we see of this even randomly puts all these companies on notice.

We need to see more oversight on these MM's and Brokers as well.

We have the Freedom of Information Act if we know how to use it and where to look, but we first must know what we are looking for.

This is a pubic company and much of the information we can't find at times can be discovered thru the Nasd. Not always but they are someone else we can call and report to if we find something amiss.

The end result can give us credibilty like no other pink. Berman is probably the first Ceo to lay it all out on the table. He isn't trying to hide anything but things can change, and things may be needed to get amended from time to time.

Like my spending money at the end of the month! lol

Lets give Berman the credit thats due him and when its all said and done this will make us stronger I am as sure of it as I am of posting this right now.

What I won't contend with is speculative rumors, accusations or this is a scam when Berman is laying it all out there this becomes nothing more that hear say, and bears no actual facts or truth. "Its either in the pudding or its not".
