Now thats a MODERATOR!! Once it was leaked...the information was now public......no longer private information for a select few as that would lend an unfair trading advantage to those that had that information...........I commend makesumgravy for posting that letter...........

The Company may have already complied with every item in that letter and it may be a non-issue at this juncture......I am sure Mr.Berman will be updating shareholders on this issue in a timely manner....or at least he should anyway.........take care all.......
