Dew, Any idea what "off label" restrictions exist in Europe? Once market release for Atryn in June can you speculate as to whether indications such as outlined here might go forward without formal approval for this specific indication? Others might include heparin resistance for CABG (already data here but not approved for this indication)etc. One might also wonder if compassionate use or "off label" use might be considered by some physicians in other aquired AT 111 deficient states such as DIC even though (presumably) formal studies are going forward simultaneously.
