To include or not to include, that is the question.....

Multifactorial Retrospective papers which include the authors' selective criterion always make me wonder if someone has a stake in the answer. Sup with "there were no outcomes by which any observed advantage or disadvantage,.....". Reminds me of my tour in the army,,,affirmative=yes, negative=no,etc,etc.
