$55 is ridiculous (obviously).

Think rationally...if I'm a potential acquiring company of AURC, why would I pay $17 billion ($55 per share) in a cash offer which is twice the audited asset value of the company when I can simply continuously buy all the O/S on the open market at under $1.00 for the time being? Today we traded 13.5 million and are still under $0.15.

I would go back to 2Create's offer price estimate...which I'm thinking will be rejected, but that's just an unfounded opinion on my part (like predicting who'll win the Super Bowl).

Enjoy the hype and ride it until it doesn't make sense anymore.
