Earnie, now i don't own this anymore, but that is low. OBVIOUSLY by the dates on that list the "not eligible to practice law" is because he didn't renew his membership to the bar in a timely fashion. He probably doesn't and hasn't practiced law in a while, but like a serious professional should, keeps himself active with the state bar. Please don't post that kind of crap as a signal that the man is "shady". That shows nothing other than he doesn't file his renewal on time and usually fixes that within a day to a week.
