Pawn, I guess that I am not following your "implications" on Major D. Please don't misunderstand my saying this. I am not trying to protect him but trying to figure out what you were saying in your post. You almost make it sound as if Major is part of a plan to depress the shareprice?
If that were truely the case, and Major D represents a "scapegoat" to hide something else, than we have to hope that there is another part of the plan that the company or someone else is planning on stepping in and buying tons of this stock at these incredibly low levels--which would have to be the only "win" that Major D could accomplish by having the stock go down--if he is "playing both sides".
Apparently, there are documents being filed with Delaware. So are you saying that the company is exposing itself for their own purposes and gain? That doesn't make sense. Another thing that doesn't make sense is that there doesn't seem to really be specified damages requested by Major D's client. The company has done nothing to come out and say, "these are false allegations, or anything that someone trying to protect a "reputation" would want to do. None of it makes any sense.
Just can't see where you are going with this....
