pamo, I'll bet that happened quite a bit yesterday. The MM has a supply of shares from someone (it's not insiders) and he lowered the price to fill open orders. As soon as it was completed, he raised his ask to .004. QUIN was the only one under .004 almost all day. Yesterday's action did not have anything to do with the increase in O/S. They are locked up for two years by new investors. All in my opinion.
