QUIN is MM Park Financial.
It seems everytime they show up, the price drops. There was no buying interest yesterday, however in my opinion, they were selling for someone and had to lower the bid to fill standing orders at the lower prices. There weren't too many reciprocal trades yesterday so the only trades showing up were the buys at the bid and some retail at the ask. I didn't buy any shares yesterday so I can't verify this. Perhaps someone else bought at the bid yesterday. The O/S increased by about 250 million while the float only increased by about 25 million and since listed shareholders increased it seems to me Yaacov has acquired more private investors. I think Yaacov is picking up private investors through the many contacts to him in the past year. And those shares are restricted for two years. At least the increase in shares is posted and not being hid.
In my opinion the insiders were not the ones selling.
