Gary, your description of short selling does NOT fit any short selling that I have heard of. I will admit that I am unfamiliar with off shore scams and penny stocks. I know only about regular stocks, as a full time stock and options trader for the past four years.

I asked you this question yesterday on the Q&A board and I am asking it again now, and I would appreciate a coherent answer:

How do you arrive at the conclusion that short selling is criminal when it is legal and accepted by the Nasdaq, the NYSE, the Fed, and the SEC?

My last question, also unanswered yesterday, is this: please identify and post links to the "press" which you claim says that short-selling is wrong and/or illegal.
