Since when does investments represent ownership of LITV? If it's a $300M company thats only one percent. I'm willing to bet they are doing everything legally. I would like you to come up with FACTS to prove otherwise. Other then that you're just trying to blow smoke as usual. I'm expecting to see LITV to end up on the finacial statements when they either write down revinues or losses. Considering the time they've been invested I suspect there is not enough data to represent either.
