Not sure the specifics of your question, but in terms of news, there's nothing out.

The name change, symbol change and RS are not even filed yet. Someone bought this, but they're certainly not advertising it, and the shares haven't been converted yet, so I can't even trade it........

The new name though is intriguing...........sounds like an oil and gas, mining, or alternative fuel play in the making

EDIT: Pinksheets is now confirming that this is a 1:43 RS, as of 4-17-2007. Still shows Smith as President & CFO though. Based on the price though, I don't think the bid/ask is reflective of the RS yet, until our "new" shares show up in the account.
