Growing senior population and with cheaper drugs the "needless abuse of benefits" and the total use of legit Rx's will likely surge much higher than calculated.
Greenspan coming soon and now has even more legit concerns to consider rates being forced into a new upward bias.

Risk/Reward through Greenspan is not looking good for bulls.
