It appears that Ed 'n them have taken all the money they can get out of IBAC, and now they're moving the assets (such as they are) out to shill companies that will be the next to be pumped and dumped. It's pretty obvious, if you think that way. You'll learn the ropes if you hang around awhile.

A good bottom's hard to beat.
