I wonder if the purpose of the DECLARATORY JUDGMENT is to get the court to cite what the law is regarding the legal rights of shareholders with respect to the court settlement [resolving the unauthorized shares issued] and the laws of security trading?

"The court hereby declares to all parties that the previously unauthorized shares has been legally resolved and orders that shareholders must have all share beraring CUSIP 05968X106 be delivered legitimate shares through the process of a share exchange bearing CUSIP 05968X205 and a "buy-in" on the open market."
