Well, I received $12,500 in premiums for selling 5 covered calls at $2.50, so if I have to pay back $1,500 to protect my position in the event I get called out at $20, it won't be a terrible situation. Besides, they will not become worthless so fast, and it appears that there is a likelihood that something is brewing again. Rumor has it that something may surface as soon as this week, but then again, how good is a rumor?
At least this is no BS type "pump" that you hear about with the pinkies. SAI is a BILLION dollar company with HUGE contracts, and virtually war-proof when it comes to continued contractual agreements. I have heard we should be looking at a $30+ company by next year. Maybe we are better off looking at leaps into 2008 if they have them. I haven;t looked yet, have you?
Maybe a leap into January $25 would be a smart move? If this becomes volatile, if I re-write some covered calls on 5,000 of my shares for Jan, not sure which strike price yet, I can sell and re-buy and sell and re-buy with the volatility of the market.
Some of my greed has rubbed off on you. I thought it was supposed to be the other way around and much of your technical analysis and setting sell points right away was supposed to rub off on me and STICK!
