Yep. That claim was made more than once. Was it true? According to one of the PRs, Steve Sulja was working for Consultech as sales manager.

So what's the status now? Is Consultech still the parent company of one of the SLJB corporations? Where is Consultech incorporated? Its Michigan incorporation was dissolved in July 2005. Is it incorporated in Ontario?
