Hey BooDog, I am a resident in Vegas and that is an office of CRA of America..

CRA is I believe an acronym for

"corporate resident agent" of America.

There are beneficial reasons that corporations choose to file in Nevada, no state tax, corporate veil, etc...

Everyone has an opinion, this is mine. Refute it, agree with it, or whatever...
