APES revenue growth

Was primarily due to court fees last quarter but it was up 6% the previous quarter due to customer acquisition. In any case I do not see the court fees as a negative because they passed on those costs to their customers and given their cogs stayed the same it looks like they took a percentage of that increase for themselves which is just as good as new sales.

I also see the last couple quarters as the trough of hiring and expect it to move up as it did the last couple months. I am making forward looking assumptions of course but I do expect hiring to pick up which should effect the sales growth for APES. If they start doing 3 cents a quarter which seems very realistic I expect it to go to 1.00-1.50 which would be a rather nice return.

Thanks for the comments and criticisms. Another view is helpful.
