Does one hold the assets, and the other hold nothing? Or do both hold assets of some sort? Does one hold nothing but a bunch of paper shares (and shareholders)?

Did they have to scramble to put some value into the CORRECT corporation in order to save face and/or legal trouble?

So many questions!
