Dear Shareholders,

I have decided to briefly address the University Lab Technologies situation as well as the false accusations being made about ActiveCore Technologies because of the number of questions I have been receiving about these issues.

I would like to begin by saying that I will reiterate the response I sent to the individual circulating what he claims are facts about ActiveCore Technologies involvement with University Lab Technologies- these statements are entirely false and slanderous against the Company. ActiveCore is in no way, nor has it ever been, a partner or enabler of University Lab Technologies. The only tie between ActiveCore Technologies and University Lab Technologies is that they have office space in the same building in Florida. It has been falsely claimed that ActiveCore pays for these offices and all operations being conducted out of them. It has also been falsely claimed that ActiveCore provided University Lab Technologies with shares to fund their operations.

With respect to George Theodore’s affiliation with the Company- as I have said in the past, George is an independent agent providing ActiveCore with sales and marketing leads in the United States. George does not work as an employee of ActiveCore Technologies. While George does maintain a small office space in Boca Raton, Florida, for ActiveCore, it is paid for entirely through his sales agent contract and is used for the sole purpose of activities relating to ActiveCore’s sales and marketing efforts. ActiveCore has absolutely no affiliation with any of the other individuals mentioned in the article regarding University Lab Technolgies and any suggestion otherwise is blatantly untrue. Similarly, the claim that ActiveCore had any hand in setting up or plays any role in funding or running University Lab Technologies is patently false.

I cannot comment on the nature or validity of the business conducted by University Lab Technologies, however, I can restate that any and all allegations made about ActiveCore in any way being related to University Lab Technolgies are completely slanderous and defamatory and I will not hesitate to pursue legal action against any and all individuals spreading these vicious innuendos.
