Zag, I have no intention to sink SEVU...

out of respect for the other Shareholders, certainly not for the sake of McBride... However, it's only fair to note that the Convertible Debentures and PP done at different prices to non-accredited shareholders between 1999 and 2000 are alleged to be Illegal and may be rescinded by a Judge, at least in part...

Now, I don't think it will affect SEVU greatly, because most investors @ 50 cents will go along with it or have already sold... So, it should only concern Investors who have invested between $2.00 and $8.00 per share and view the quasi-fraudulent PP for Insiders at only 10 cents and the fact that a great deal of the money raised was used for the personal benefit of McBride, as another reason to take legal action...
